Internally, Triangle Procurement implements the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, both in our offices and/or through our websites. For example, we have firewalls in place to secure external access, and we apply a strict password policy. We ensure our employees and processors only access data necessary for their duties, handling such data securely and confidentially.

If you are our customer, we also store your contact and billing information to ensure smooth collaboration.

Personal data will not be retained longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The retention period may therefore vary depending on the purpose.

1. Right to access, rectify, modify, or delete data: You have the right to access all personal data we have collected about you and to request the modification or deletion of inaccurate or incomplete data.

2. Right to be forgotten: You have the right to request the deletion of your data from our databases.
